Ingredients
- Seed less dates 20
- Almonds 10
- Cashew nuts 10
- Raisins 10
- Pistachios 10
- Peanuts 15
- Ghee 1 tbsp (optional)
How to prepare
- Chop the seedless dates and raisins into small pieces.
- Soak the almonds for 30 minutes and remove the skin and keep aside.
- Take kadai, add ghee and heat it on very low flame and roast chopped almonds , cashew nuts, pistachios and peanuts for 2 to 3 minutes. Let them cool .
- Crush them slightly so that it will mix well in laddu.
- Finally combined crushed dry fruits with chopped raisins and chopped dated.
- Mix well till dry fruits gets combined well.
- Shape into round balls.
