Keera Juice

Hi



Coming with definite diet, having high content of water, natural refreshing summer special and is also a quickie ie CUCUMBER JUICE. It is not only cooling juice but also tastes good.

OK Let us go to prepare this yummy juice.

Ingredients
  • Cucumber
  • Water
  • Sugar 
  • Honey
  • Ginger
  • Mint leaves
How I did it
  1. Wash and Peel cucumber.
  2. Slice off the ends of the cucumber. Don't use top and bottom as they are hard.
  3. Cut the cucumber into slices or cubes.
  4. Place them in food processor or juicer/ blender.
  5. Add sugar, honey, ginger and mint leaves.
  6. See the pulpy mixture.
  7. Set a fine mesh stainer over a bowl and strain the puree, stir the puree with the back of the metal spoon to take out all juice.
  8. Finally add fresh lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
  9. Add water if necessary, depends up on the consistency.


  Cucumber juice is done and ready to serve. Serve chilled or with ice cubes

My Note
  • It is easy if you grate cucumber. I add 2 pieces with out peeling for the purpose of green colour juice. It looks nice.
  • You can add only lemon juice and salt also.
