Paneer Coriander Cutlet

Hi Viewers

After a lot of busy schedule, I am back with a simple snack for all of you. It is 'Paneer Coriander Cutlet'.

Ingredients:

Paneer                               1 Cup grated
Potato                               1 Cut boiled and grated
Bread Crumbs                   1/2th cup
Cashew Nuts                     1/8th cup finely chopped
Coriander                          1/4th cup finely chopped
Jeera Powder                    1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder      1 tbsp
Salt                                    according to taste
Butter                                 for shallow fry



Method:

1. Take a wide bowl and add all the above ingredients
2.  Mix them throughly.
3. Make into into a shape you want
4. Fry them on a pan on both sides adding enough butter
5. Alternatively, you could deep fry them in the oil.
6. Serve them hot with Tomato Ketchup. Kids would love them.
