Ponagantikura Pasarapappu

Today I am interested in showing Ponagantikura combined with pasarapappu (moog dal) to my readers. This ponagatikura is available in all seasons. Rich in iron content, improving our vision and also having high nutrition values. Let us see how to prepare.

Ingredients
  • Ponaganti kura                           2 kattalu  or Chopped 2 cups
  • Moog dal                                   1 handful
  • Onion                                        1 big chopped


For popu
  • Jeera                                         1/4 tbsp
  • Garlic minced                            8
  • Dry red chillies                          2 tear
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil                                            2 tbsp



How to prepare
  1. Soak moog dal for 1 hour.
  2. Heat the wok and add the oil.
  3. Add jeera let it be brown and then add garlic and tear dry red mirchi. 
  4. Then add chopped onion. Let them fry till onion becomes translucent.
  5. Then add chopped ponnaganti kura and cover with lid.
  6. Stir well now and then till kura becomes little soften. Don't make it too pasty.
  7. Finally add soaked moog dal. 
  8. Let it cook for 5 minutes and stir well.
  9. See the taste . Switch off the stove.
Serve with roti or we can take this with hot hot rice or as side dish also.
